Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.skybarcandy.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you are ordering a perishable item, such as our chocolate bars, we will not ship via UPS ground during hot weather. This may cause a delay and we will be sure to call or email you to give you the option of waiting or canceling your order for a full refund. Another option is to ship via next day air or second day air. We can discuss pricing for these options and you can decide if you want to choose one of them.

shipping confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

customs, duties and taxes

www.skybarcandy.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

damages

www.skybarcandy.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In such cases, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

returns policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
